Built in 1910, and lovingly revived in 2023, The Parlor House is the darling of The Ferns. The Parlor House is a majestic 2500+ square foot charmer that welcomes guests with tons of natural light and large open spaces.
The Ferns is also home to a spacious Clubhouse Suite, a two-story guest Cottage. The Pavilion completes the exterior spaces - offering a deluxe bar and entertaining kitchen that spills into the pool.
